Evergreen Container Terminal (Thailand) Ltd. is committed to working with the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) and the International Ship and Port Security (ISPS) code. The ISPS and C-TPAT are intended to help increase security and safety for containerized cargo shipped to the global maritime supply chain around the world. At Evergreen Container Terminal (Thailand) Ltd., we have provided a closed-circuit television (CCTV) system for 24/7 surveillance of our terminal and depots.

ISPS port security

The International Ship and Port Facility Security Code (ISPS) provides a framework through the ships and port facilities that can cooperate to detect and deter acts that pose a threat to maritime security. It is an international standard for the security of passenger ships, cargo ships, and port facilities handling international traffic. The Port of Laem Chabang also has an approved ISPS security plan.

Emergency plan

Evergreen Container Terminal (Thailand) Limited, Terminal and Depots have internal emergency plan at its disposal and works closely with the competent authorities in the event of emergencies. ECTTs can rely on government systems such as the neighborhood or community Information networks to keep an eye on everything and be able to alert employees and local residents in the event of an incident.
