Reefer Services
Refrigerated storage containers are also part of the complete cold chain solution offered by ECTT, so we work with our customers to optimize their cold chains. As a result, they have added value to their refrigerated storage business.
Reefer Storage
Our refrigerated depots and terminal are equipped with enough reefer storage plugs to meet all the reefer storage needs. We are continually developing and improving our depots and terminal services based on the detailed forecasts to ensure that we continue to meet market demands at reasonable prices.
Pre-trip Inspection (PTI) & Pre-cooling
PTI operates on empty reefer storage containers to ensure that the refrigeration unit temperature control and the recording device is working properly. This includes a thorough inspection of the bolts, fastening of compressors, connectors, pipes, cable conditioning, insulation, etc. ECTT operates PTIs in accordance with strict guidelines provided by the shipping lines. During the PTI, the temperature, humidity, and ventilation are also set according to customer specifications.
Reefer Monitoring and Setting Adjustment
Our terminal and depots are fully equipped to handle all types of refrigerated cargo. Especially in refrigerated containers, we will always make sure that we have enough refrigerator connections to meet customer’s needs and a stable power supply. Many of our depots have recently increased its reefer storage capacity and updated their electrical infrastructure to meet the growing demand. We also want to use electricity from renewable sources wherever possible.
